Hardly surprising to read that a blogger first made the ‘superscripting’ observation in the Dan Rather memo controversy.

General Shinseki’s policies killing Troops:
John Kerry, has been endorsed by retired Army Chief of Staff General Shinseki. Kerry has made several refferences to it in last nights debate. General Shinseki’s initiative was to transform the Army’s deployment capabilities by creating lightweight brigades capable of rapid deployment with wheeled vehicles. We are now seeing the fruits of that in Iraq. Our troops are dying in Humvee’s General Shinseki is dangerous to American Soldiers and so is Kerry. Review my site, intested in your comments.
